Passing by just to say - Thank You!
DILO PAULO
To be grateful is fundamental in order to be generous. This dance, created in a simple environment, with no special lights or visual effects but for the movement of my whole body, aims to be my expression of gratitude to so many people of Brazil and Angola, who have made possible the dance bridge, which is true to my heart.
About the Artist
Dilo Paulo
Angola born, and Brazilian resident dancer choreographer Dilo Paulo began his career as a dancer at the age of 13, with the Luanda hip-hope group Blackboys. The group was considered the best of the capital and was one of the winners of the reality show Bounce Angola. In Rio de Janeiro, Dilo became certified as Dance Teacher through the Angel Vianna Dance School, with specialisation in Pedagogy, and an MBA in Global Marketing. Combining the knowledges Dilo and his wife Lenna Siqueira initiated a Brazil-Angola Program, which has been increasing the dance interchange between the two countries.
